Returns:
All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.oravapor.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Return:
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. A valid proof of purchase from www.oravapor.com is required.Damaged or Defective Items

Glass Breakage:

If your glass piece arrives broken, please email us at support@oravapor.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement glass immediately free of charge.

How to Return Your Product:
To initiate a return, please contact Ora Customer Support at support@oravapor.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship the package using a reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.strictly cannot accept returns on used devices

Refund Timing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Ora reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees if applicable.
