Glass Breakage:

If your glass piece arrives broken, please email us at support@oravapor.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement glass immediately free of charge.

How to Return Your Product:
To initiate a return, please contact Ora Customer Support at support@oravapor.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
